first of all - sorry for my bad english.

the template / comment is moving to right - how can i fix this?

Are you sure that it's a JoomlaComment problem?
Because your bug is also on pages without JoomlaComment :

Edit : you are talking about the indentation of the 2nd comment or about your template bug? :

yeah i'm sure - in the link you cant see any template splitts or do you?
