TOPIC: Community Builder User maps filtered on CB lists

Hello,
Is it possible to build different user maps based on Community builder lists? I have a set of different lists built from custom fields in Community Builder ( based on different user roles eg steward, health& Safety Rep, tutor etc) and would like to map them as separate maps.

Hey Joe,
Unfortunately no. We don't have such functionality. It's doable. Maybe a mapping of categories to community builder lists, but as I said we don't have this and I'm not sure that a lot of people need this to justify the development time. If you need this functionality I can make you a custom development quote.

ich hätte auch Interesse an solch einer Lösung. Zur Erläuterung: Ich habe auf meiner Webseite www.Hobby600.de zur Zeit eine Userliste, bei der die Mitglieder in verschiedenen Kategorien (-Fahrer, Beifahrer- und Fans) entsprechend dem CB-Benutzerfeld Status eingeteilt sind. Sie werden in der Usermap jetzt auch separat dargestellt. Das Problem ist nur, dass ich die Seite demnächst auf Joomla 3.3.6 umstellen muss und das jetzige Usermap-Modul nicht mehr weiterentwickelt wird. Aus diesem Grunde wäre es schön, wenn die Usermap dann mit Hotspots auch den Status der User unterscheiden könnte.

Thanks for getting back to me, that's a shame, it would be a very powerful function, especially if it could dynamically update as lists change. You never know, like Wilfried, maybe more users will show an interest....For now I can export CB users using CBJuice2, modify in excel and load into hotspots via phpmyadmin. I don't have any funding for development quotes with this project, but may come back to you if I need it for a project that will make money!
