TOPIC: Searching custom fields

Just wondering if there was any possibility of expanding the search parameters for the map view on the frontend?

Basically what I want to do is create a custom field to type text into, and when a user searches on the front end, have that text included in the search.

This is something that is already on the todo list. It's complicated so it will take some time.
