Maybe 1 more icon wont hurt at the navigation bar. Same I-frame like Send, but with Suggest fields.

ex. What category would like you to suggest?

And then we receive mail with that stuff :P

Isn't it better to use some form component for this? There are lot of them in jed.

Hmm.. yeah, but the Send frame is sooo good looking :P it would be more compact and less components + chaos :)
