Sorry, but I cannot read thoughts :)
Could you give me more information on this. Did you see that when you create a hotspots menu you have the option to choose the centering mode - either a default center, or by marker bounds...

Dynamic, IP based centering. If you visit the site from London, than London will show up. If you visit from Los Angeles, than you will see Los Angeles first. Map centering with visitor's location.

Cool, added to the feature list: dev.compojoom.com/issues/652 I only think that it will be not that cool when you show a visitor from Ghana, that he is in Ghana and have no locations for that country
