TOPIC: Search adress to pin

I may be dumb, but I think it can't be done right now...

I can't just write the adress of a place, and hjotspots searches it can I?

It is a much needed application! I may have a business card from a shop with it's adress on it, but haven't ever been there, or not be familiar with the place... haveing to search it to pin it, is horrible!

Being able to write the adress and that it would search it would be much needed!

It actually does it, but it is not very accurate.
If you don't move the pin and just type your address, zip, city and country and once you refresh the page hotspots will try to figure out where this place is and save the coordinates for it.
Doesn't work in every situation cause the google geocoder doesn't know all places on the earth.

Well I tried with my adress, that I can find normally in maps.google.com, without success, that's why I though it didn't worked

I know - that is what I'm saying I've tried it with london - I've entered london in every part of the address. And the geocoder changed the coordinates to london...
We'll improve the mask for inserting markers in the next version....
