Hi, I just upgraded my Hotspots to version 4.3. Now I can't add any new hotspots or edit any existing. The only button that works in the back end is the cancel button.
????

Hey JIK,
I just tested this on my dev. installations and I don't have any issues with this. Can you clear your browser cache and try again? Do you see any javascript errors?
If it is still not working for you, please create a private ticket with access credentials to your site and I'll have a look.

Hi Daniel, I cleared the cache but it made no difference and I don't have any script errors. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the old version so its alll working again. Fortunately I did not lose my hotspots in the process - only lost the images assigned to the categories so it was really easy to fix. :)
I won't try the update from either the Hotspots or Joomla update screens just in case. The problem may well be with my host where I have a 2mb file limit. I usually overcome this by using FTP to install from my tmp folder. I'd like to do this for the new version of Hotspots but I can't seem to locate the zip file on your site.
Otherwise Hotspots is a fantastic extension - well done!

You had to create a ticket and give me access to the site. I love to fix problems ;) Now I don't know if it is just you, or if there is a general bug that affects others as well. But we'll see :)

The files are located under downloads -> hotspots -> version number. You need to be logged in to see your download. Btw, check our docs about the installation options. 'you could use install from web - it works in 99% of the cases :)

Wow, let me guess - you are using Joomla 2.5?
I just got a report about the issue and could reproduce and fix it on j2.5 (I was all the time testing on 3.3) The fix will be out tomorrow in 4.3.3

Hi Daniel, yes you are right - I'm still on Joomla 2.5.28 (upgrading soon!).
I have updated to Hotspots version 4.3 and everything is fine now. Thank you so much.
