TOPIC: Missing string and number of spots

Hiya,
I've just upgraded to 4.0.6 few days ago and couldnt find a string for "Settings" in any language file, see attached pic.
Another issue I've got number of spots could show twice but in the header isnt any number as few pixels below, see attached pic too.
Any help appreciated

4.0.6? That is a little old already... We have 4.1.1 and this week we will release 4.2
Please update to 4.1.1 and make sure that you also have the latest language pack.

How are you searching in the language files?
