TOPIC: Information field not loading

The information field on the right side does not finish loading.

Unfortunately I've managed to introduce a bug in 4.0.4. On some joomla installations a js library was missing and that was causing the hotspots not to load.
4.0.5 released few minutes ago should fix the issue.

Jepp, that fixed it for me.

Hm... just updated to Hotspots 4.2.4 (Joomla 2.5.27), and this problem started again.

Can you go to the dashboard, edit the configuration -> navigate to integrations -> make sure that you have selected the correct value for profile and save.

Let me know if that is working after that?

Hm... strange, but yes.
I went on the Options, and just clicked a few things, then saved.
Now it's working again.

The problem was - the versions previos to 4.2.4 were using a different method to fetch the profile information.
Now everything is centralized in the lib_compojoom and the same functions are shared between CComment and Hotspots (you can now have avatars in Hotspots ). And the value that was stored in the Database for Community Builder was CB, but it should be comprofiler
So updating the options fixes this.
