TOPIC: I can't reach Dashboard

selecting "dashboard" from the menu there is a "internal server error". The other menu items are working. (there are 892 locations in the map)

What is the error message on the dashaboard?

Just a wild guess - what is your php version? Are you running on php 5.2 ? If yes, please update to 5.3 or 5.4

Okay, than what does your error log say? Enable error reporting in joomla's global config and go to the page again. What is the error message?

enabling the error reporting from joomla's global confing doesn't do anything...

Btw - you can try to go to modules -> administrator modues -> search for hotspots there and disable the XML feed. This module reads the latest blog posts from compojoom. But the best thing would be to properly configure your hosting.
