When I edit an existing entry, the address seems to be automatically being changed by the software, in some cases incorrectly. How do I stop this from happening?

So you already have an entered address and whenever you try to edit the location the address changes? This should not happen...

There is a sticky marker option. If it is set to no, then the coordinates are independent from the address and we won't try to update the address. But if you have values in the address field, then it should not change on update.
