TOPIC: Size controls and shadow not displaying on map

There are problems with the display of the map - see attached image. The sizing slider controls are missing and the shadow on the icon is displaced. Any ideas?

On closer inspection, the problem is actually to do with placement of the information box. This is detached from the icon. In your demo, the icon and the information box are attached to each other, but in usage on my site, the info box is corrupted and doesn't attach to the icon. There is also a strange shadowy box which shouldn't be there.

I would like to see this resolved as this is a commercial site and it will most likely confuse our clients. The problem occurs on firefox and chrome. I haven't tested ie or safari.
