TOPIC: Shadow Copy fail

I can't save any shadow in hotspots, it says Copy fail. And no hotspots i created are dispayed on the map.
Can't find any help on the forum

Do you have enough rights to write to the media/com_hotspots folder?
In the joomla backend look at site-> system information. Then at directory permissions - is everything green in there?

If you want to use the sample shadow, make sure you actually click on the shadow to select it. I had the same problem that you had, and turned out that since there was only one sample shadow listed I didn't think to click on it to select. Once I did that I had no problems
