TOPIC: Icons don't appear until I zoom in

Hi:

Certain Hotspot icons aren't appearing when my map first loads. They appear once I zoom in - but I would like all of them to show up right away without needing to zoom. Have you noticed this behavior? Is there a fix?

You have a lot of locations and hotspots is trying not to crash your browser or server when you view them.
go to the dashboard -> option on the right and enable the custom tiles.
Also go to your category and select a color for the dots for the custom tiles. Now refresh the page and you'll again see like 20 hotspots, but you'll also have small dots where other hotspots are located.
