Hi Daniel,

Is there any way to keep the height of infowindows considering the content of 'short description' field and not the size of the browser's screen?

If I keep maximized the browser (covering the whole screen) there is no problem, but if i have the browser in windows mode, the content of the infowindows starts to be outside them. This is happening when the map is in full screen mode.

Hey Eliecer,
I'm afraid not. As I said in previous conversations - this is the standard infowindow and that is the way it behaves. A workaround should be to create your own infowindow class - I wanted to experiment with this for a long time so maybe I should put it a little higher on the to do list.

Kind regards,
Daniel

This is a different scenario from previous conversations. Once again, this is happening only when you have the map in full screen mode, and not when it's in regular mode.

Too bad, one more thing to remove manually from the code. How can I remove the full screen option from the map?

Can you give me an url to see what you mean. I have the feeling that we are talking about different stuff.

No, that is exactly the same thing that I talk about.

If for example in the global config you set height for the map of 200px, then you'll see the same behavior of the info. This is extremly annoying, but I have no idea for a workaround - I've already asked in google groups about that and so far haven't gotten an answer. The only possible solution that I can think of is to write my own infowindow class.

You should have an option in the settings to remove the fullscreen option.

Yes, that's annoying.

In the global config, can we set the height in %, something like 100%?

I am thinking that maybe the map could grab the relative height of the div in which it is located. I am using a full screen map in my new website, so, the fullscreen button won't be necessary anymore.
