TOPIC: Map is Blank

Just Purchased
Setup New Map
Shows as Blank
Already read forums etc.
No clear answer as to how to fix

This is a live site so I need help ASAP

Please Note is there ANY way to see or test a Map WITHOUT putting a live menu link
on the front of the site. It would be nice to debug this privately.

Hey Jim,
The component requires mootools 1.2 - your page is loading mootools 1.1. The mootools - upgrade plulgin should be turned on in order for the component to work. If the plugin is turned on and your site is not loading mootools 1.2 this means that you have another plugin on the site that disables the mootools - upgrade. (The JB library is known to do that)

Same problem. So it means that all JoomlaBamboo templates doesn't work with Hotspots. I need to change template..

Wait, wait, wait. Nobody said that! All you guys need to do is enable mootools version 1.2. On joomla 2.5 there should be actually no problems as it runs 1.4...

I installed Hotspots on Joomla 1.5 without Motools updater enabled and Meridian Joomlabamboo theme. After the warning I enabled it but Hotspots map doesnt load.

Can I do something or do I need to change template?

I assume that you have the jb library plugin. Go to it, play with the settings until the site loads 1.2. If you can't manage to get it working, create a ticket and provide me with access details to your site and I'll have a look.
