TOPIC: How to identify a conflict: Map doesn't show

Hallo,

after installing the component the map doesn't show when trying to add a new location in the backend.

I guess it is a conflict with a other script, as the script worked fine on a test site of mine.

How can I identify which script might cause it?

Hey Michael,

Well, get firebug for firefox, watch some videos on youtube on how to use it and you are going to be a PRO in no time

It will show you js conflicts, you can see the ajax request and responses and it will save you hours

Hi Daniel,

I used Firebug and I found the reason:

It was a PlugIn for including JomDoc(uments).

After I deactivated the plugin things worked fine.
