TOPIC: We cannot add new structures into the map

after the last updating we noticed that the map is working but we cannot add new structures.
The back-end told us to update plugin mootools but if we activate the plug-in required, our slide in homepage does not work.
Can you help us?

I see. Well, mootools 1.2 is required for the map to run - there is no other way around it.

The slider that you use on your new site - isn't it updated anymore? I know that it sounds stupid - but if this extension is not updated anymore you need to change it. Look at the big picture - in just 2 months joomla 1.5 is going to be dead! It won't be supported by the joomla project anymore and everyone is advised to move to 2.5 . If you decide to stay with 1.5 - you put yourself on the line - security problems are the first thing that come to my mind.

I can't really do anything here - we require mootools 1.2 for hotspots to work. Mootools 1.2 is like 4 years old, so only outdated extensions are not working with it?

My only advise here would be - if you are going to work on that site in the future - migrate it to 2.5.
