Hi,

I get the following error when I look at the categories in Hotspots. I have tried updating to the latest version, but the same issue persists (current version 0.9.4). I have tried removing database tables and reinstalling, but I still get the same error. Can you help please. The site now shows a page that does not load properly when it opens:

www.lasercombat.ie/laser-combat-locations

Error message below.

Hey Vincent!
I currently see a 404 - component not found. Please go to the menu manager and edit your link to the component.

Also 0.9.4 and 1.0 are not supported anymore. Install 2.0 and let me help you to get it running :)

Cheers,
Daniel

that is one old version you have there :) Put 2.0 and show me the page once again so that I can identify your problem.

Hi Daniel,

I have updated the plugin to 2.0 and now nothing is happening at all. I have upgraded Mootools also as this was displaying an error.

I can send you a login if you PM me.

Best Regards,

Vincent

Hey Vincent,
Problem is fixed! It had nothing to do with hotspots at the end...

JCE utilities and JCE mediabox... They were searching for jquery, but jquery was not included on the hotspots page and they were creating js errors which were preventing hotspots of making the ajax request. I have disabled them on the hotspots page and now everything works as expected.

Cheers,
Daniel
