Hey there,
Have you installed jcemediabox? I see that it makes an ajax request on the page and it brakes hotspost for some reason. Try to disable it and see if it works then.

Also have you though of updating hotspots to version 2.0 ? 1.0 was great at the time, but 2.0 is the way to go...

thank for your advices. I tried to turn off jcmediabox but it did not solve my problem with the map. Anyhow, I can not turn it off for a long time because I need it to open many pop-up windows.

Please, can you tell me how i can update the map?

I am trying to update hotspot , now I have to set up the menu , infact i HAVE THIS MESSAGE NOW:

The category that you have selected in the menu settings doesn't exist - please check the id of the category again

i tried to insert the Id of a category I created but it does not work...

The menu names have changed. You need to create a new menu button and give it the proper category.

no, I have a problem:
I have to turn off the system mootool upgrade plug in to make the slider in home to work!!
But that plug in is needed in order to view the map...what can I do.
I will try to ask also to the slider productors right now

If you don't use the slider on the hotspots apge, then if you give me backend access + ftp access I can install a plugin that will activate mtupgrade only on the hotspots page.
