The postal code must be following the town.
{number and street} - 1st line
{town and postal code} - 2nd line

For example:
2911 Pandosy St.
Kelowna, V1Y9V8

You can use template overrides and change this, right?

I am just saying that the format is wrong.

Right now it is in this way:
1085-1187 Sunset Dr
Kelowna
V1Y9V8

And it should be:
1085-1187 Sunset Dr
Kelowna V1Y9V8

If I left empty the following fields: name of the city and the postal code, I am getting a couple of commas in the search panel to the left.

We don't use commas in our address, only empty spaces (Canada and USA)

This is the right format to use in the address (Canada and USA):
[number] [street]
[city] [province] [postal code]

Yes,
It's possible only if you have enough space in one line to include the full address which is not the case.
