TOPIC: Issue with loading

Hello Daniel,

I have not had a chance to work with the extension until now but I am getting the below message:

The category that you have selected in the menu settings doesn't exist - please check the id of the category again

I cannot tell in the backend what ID is for what category. There is no listing for the category ID. As far as I know I would have to go into PHPMyAdmin to do that.

I need help.

How is the new extension coming along.

There is a way around this - you must not go into phpmyadmin.
You can go to the joomla backend -> components -> hotspots -> categories -> here go with the mouse over the title of the category and look at the link - it will end with cid[]=... The number there is the id of the category.

Then go to the menu again and enter the proper id of the category and everything will start to work again.
