Hi.

I get an installation error on Hotspots 3.3 released 19 April.

I am running Joomla 2.5

The error is:

JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist /home/real/public_html/tmp/install_51778ab868a14/media/com_hotspots/kml

The effects are that when you try access the main view, you get layout that seems to be missing some css and the menus are gone.

Regards,
Johan

Can I see your site? You should not get any layout errors from this "error".

Hey Faris,
I just had a look and there is a problem on your site, but I have the feeling that you have a corrupt joomla installation.
Can you test it with a clean joomla installation? (the one you have came with the template or am I wrong?). The problem are the modules on the dashboard. If you go to the module manager -> administrator -> then disable the hotspots modules the dashboard is loading just fine. But whenever I add the modules that show on the right of the dashboard the page just dies.

I've tested it on joomla 2.5.9, 2.5.10 here and I cannot reproduce the bug. Can you help me a little?

Thanks,
Daniel
