TOPIC: Map not showing

Hello, I see others have had this issue. I installed the latest Hotspots on Joomla 2.5.4 and cannot get the map to show. I have unpublished different modules, have jquery no-conflict is enabled, I even made one of the basic joomla templates the default to get rid of any template conflict... basically a white page, and the map still does not show. Not sure what to try next??

Well, I see the map! It is loading for me! Now -> I see the marker and gray area around it because your zoom level is too high. Go to the settings and make it something of the sort of 5-6 and you'll see a bigger area.

Or if you are using the automatic zoom feature -> just add another location and the zoom won't be that high as the map will try to be centered on those 2 locations.

Well that makes sense. I realized in the Menu Item settings I also had "By category marker bounds" set and not by "by Startposition / Startzoom" so it was not affected by the zoom level setting. I started adding more locations and corrected the Menu Item settings and all looks great.

Only one strange thing.. I am viewing this on two different Mac Firefox browsers of the same most updated programming 14.0.1 and the map still will not show on the newer computer. I'm sure it is something with the computer's settings.. will keep trying.

I'm looking at the page with firefox 14 on windows - everything is fine. Except - you need to make the height of the map higher - from the look of it - it is either the template that screws up the info windows or just the height of the map.
