TOPIC: Script errors

Hi

I am not able to click on any link of Hotspots. even I am not able to see the map . When I check it showing me some javascript error.


Please help

You will need to give us a link to your webpage. Looking at the bind error, I guess that you have the wrong version of mootools there, but I can tell you more once I look at the page with hotspots on it.

Ok, confirmed! You are loading mootools 1.1 on your page instead of motools 1.2. Is the mootools upgrade plugin on on your website? If yes, then something is preventing it from including the right version. Most probably another plugin. So the solution here will be to disable some plugins till mtupgrade loads the proper version.

P.S. Disable only plugins that are not part of joomla, but from third parties - you don't want to block yourself out of the site, right

Ok, so I had a look at your site and it is one big nightmare!
If you want my help I'll need you to do one thing - clean it up!!! You have 10 templates - you use just one. You have 300 plugins - you use probably around 75. You have 500 modules - you use 50... Could you please remove everything that you don't use from your website - this will help me a lot to localize the problem. As I said - something on the page is preventing the mootools plugin to load the proper version. And it is another plugin/module or extension, but with so much things it is really hard to find anything.
