How/where can i block/remove buttons fi 'Resize the map'?

Isn't there a setting for this in the settings?
If we don't have one you can remove it with css or by making a template override for
views/hotspots/default.php

But I really think that there should be an option in the settings.

I tried to find any setting but can't find them?
When i remove the button from default.php
the markers don't on the map don't show anymore!
I like to remove/hide the rss and resize button.
Resize doesn't work very well with my template.
