how to remove title top of the map !?

You should be able to remove it when you go to the menu item -> and in advanced or page settings there is an option to turn off the menu.

What do you mean with "The problem is not here " - have you removed the title or not?

If you want to remove the icons, you'll have to disable the menu on the right (again in the menu settings).
