TOPIC: New User install issue.

I have checked to make sure i had a complete install. Firebug shows all.js and hotspot.js errors.

Any ideas?

All.js actually doesn't belong to hotspots and is as far as I can see the reason for this error message. All.js is related to a facebook loging? But it generates a js error. And this error causes hotspot.js to generate an error (this is the way javascript in the browser works...). So, try to disable all.js to make sure that hotspot works and after that you'll have to find a way to fix the error in all.js ...
