Hello,
can i disable comments with censored words and that the comment are send to a administrator so can he remove or enable the comment.
Thats only what for me is missing.

Hey Marco,
That is currently not possible. You can currently only disable auto publishing for all comments, but it is a nice suggestion. Putting it on the todo list after ccomment5
