TOPIC: Show unpublished comments in content items for moderators

Wishlist item:
Add "Publish/Unpublish" toggle option on the front end. Moderators could see unpublished items (perhaps with a different color background or something to distinguish easily) and could publish them (or unpublish live comments) from the front end.
