TOPIC: URL display

I'm looking to have a field for Website that all users can fill in. This is standard for food blogs. The comment displays with the user name clickable to the URL for the website. I don't see this as a built in feature but it looks like it might be able to be done with a Custom Field of type URL. Is that correct? And if so, how will the URL appear when displaying the comments?

WE had this in a an old version of the comment system. I've decided to remove it as it was a magnet for spammers. People posted a comment just to have their link on the website.

Now if you want to do this, you could use the custom fields. Just create a new field from type url and people will be able to post urls. The submitted url will show beneath their comment.
