TOPIC: Order confirmation /waiting list

Hello Yves,

I am trying to find a way to send a different email to the customer when the customer is placed on the waiting list.
MAT_BOOKING_ALL_DETAILS_HTML - doesn't give that information.
What is your suggestion?

Hi Tim,

sorry for the late response - you posted in the CComment forum

Just use MAT_BOOKING_STATUS for that - if the booking is on the waitlist it prints out -> Waitlist, else pending or active. But normally the email header should already show that information. (Your booking is on the waitlist or Your booking is active and your seats are reserved etc.)
