TOPIC: Migrate Joomla1.5 template to 2.5

Hi Everyone
When I tried to convert the Joomla1.5 template to 2.5,I just use the Module override to override the Module:mod_menu in Joomla2.5 through changing the following three files:"default.php,default_component.php and default_url.php".But there are some problem occers when I refresh the frontend page,only the first menu item have the same effect with 1.5,the other ones don't have the same effect.

Sorry,I didn't use the compojoomcomment before,is it a component or other things?And could you tell me the functions of the compojoomcomment,I mean,what can compojoomcomment to do?
And when I override the layout of the module:mod_menu with files:default_component.php and default_url.php.I just want to change the layout of topmenu but mainmenu.But if I override the two php files,all menus have change the layout.How to solve this problem?
