TOPIC: Change order of comment editor and comments

Most of the templates supplied with Compojoom have the editor appear above the comments. How do I go about changing the order. The html file would have seem to be the right place to do it, but I am not sure how to go about it.

Yep, the index.html file is the right place to do this. Go in the file and move the {form} below the {post} tags.
