TOPIC: strange letters appear??

Hi Daniel,

After the installation I see sometimes strange letters appearing in the articles. I don't know what this means. I have attached an images. You can see in the circles what I mean.

Hope you know how to solve the problem. Thanking you in advance for your help.

As you know I do support for the comment system, not for the whole joomla system

Anyway - go to phpmyadmin and look at the jos_content folders - are their collation utf8_general_ci - also open the table and look at the fields and the collation for those fields. Everything should be utf8 otherwise you get strange characters with letters that are outside of the latin alphabet.
