TOPIC: email field don't show

Hi, when I disable users notification, email field don't show event if I have enabled "Require email". If I turn on user notification, email field show.

What's the point of collecting the user's email if you are not going to use notifications?

It is not about collecting. I only don't want comments from completely anonymous users. When users are completely anonymous, they think that could write anything. I have tested it on one site, since I require email for send comment, I have less offensive comments. I know that user can write fake email, but it work from psychological side I think

Then what is exactly the issue with the notifications?
You could modify the template and make it so that the fields are still shown depsite the selected options.
