Hi,
I'm not sure whether it is a bug or not. When a member connects, he can comment but he cannot delete or modify his comment. Buttons were here but disappeared. Is it a setting issue? I tried to check but apparently not.
He can just answer a previous comment.
Thank you for your help!
Perrine

Hi Perrine,
I guess that the new super duper secret feature is confusing the user.

Since version 4.1.7 the comments are available for edit up to 30mins after posting the comment. After this time the edit button dissapears.

Cheers,
Daniel

P.S. If the edit button is not there immediatly after the user post it, then it sounds like a bug and I would like to check it out :)

Hu Daniel,
Thank you for your answer. It is a great idea to make the edit button disappears after a while but it doesn't appear at all. When i installed the component it worked but since yesterday, it doesn't work anymore. I changed a few things but nothing related to editbutton.
I installed it locally so you cannot really see by yourself. However I can implement it on my site and check if it is working or not.
Kind regards,
Perrine

Hi Perrine,
Well, have you made changes to the compojoomcomment template? Perhaps try it with a different template?

I've just tested it and it works for me.
If you haven't made any changes on your template then I'll have to look at your site. Please provide me with super admin access + ftp access (I'll need to look at the code).

Daniel
