TOPIC: Question on Security updates

We have had to modify a few core files in a number of places for a custom configuration and I'm wondering if it's possible to get a summary of the places the recent security updates were added so that I can do the security-related patches manually. I understand it may be easier to re-modify core if there were a lot of security updates, but if there were just a few places I'd like to do that until the next major release.

There are so many changes that it will be impossible for me to write them all down here.
What I would recommend is using a diff, but this will take most probably half day to find everything out...
