TOPIC: Hard to install Hotspot Pro!!!!

I tried billon times to install Hotspot Pro. Can not! - Also I can not download pro version from the latest version page, link missing! - 403 - ACCESS FORBIDDEN

I'm sorry for the troubles, but you are sharing the blame for this issue You haven't purchased a subscription for Hotspots, but for CComment. CComment is a different extension and it doesn't give you access to the Hotspots PRO package.
Navigate to this page
compojoom.com/joomla-extensions/hotspots

Select the subscription you want and purchase it. After that navigate to the Hotspots download page and you should be able to download Hotpsots PRO. If you don't immediatly see it in the list, log out and login again.

I'll refund you for the Ccomment subscription in the meantime, unless you want to keep this awesome comment system for Joomal?

I just visited the Hotspot page, and clicked to "get it" button, and just paid. No idea, how did I buy cc comment. I never visited that site, even not interested for me. If is possible I would like to refund, or exchange for Hotspot! On my project no comment system, I do not need it!

I'm facing difficulty in downloading Hotspot Pro version.
I've subscribed, i've tried logout and login a couple of times but error 403 keep appearing. It's totally give a headache.

I'm sorry we have issues with the Instant Payment Notifications from 2checkout and that's why your subscription was not auto-activated. I've now manually activated it and you should be able to download the pro version.
