TOPIC: No way to exclude on com_content uncategorised?

Hello,

I'm sure I am overlooking a setting somewhere, but is there no way to exclude comments com_content uncategorised articles? Do you have to switch in includ only the ones you wish? This is not ideal. Would be nice to simply exclude uncategorised.

Hey Jordan,
Don't worry I just checked this and yes on joomla 1.5 there is no way to exclude the uncategorised category. Let me explain why - in j1.5 the uncategorised category is not actually a category. It's a hack... On j1.7 and 2.5 on the other hand - there is an actual uncategorised category entry in the #__categories table.
So on excluding the uncategorised category will only work on 1.7 and 2.5 .
