TOPIC: Anti-spam code not displaying

Hi Daniel - would appreciate your help and guidance on this one. After finally upgrading to CComment from JoomlaComment, I've discovered to my horror that the anti-spam code display has disappeared, and comments cannot be posted. Could this have something to do with the site running in legacy mode to allow the use of an old Joomla v1.0.x template? I've also tried using reCAPTCHA instead of the default facility, but it still doesn't display. Looking forward to your advices - many thanx indeed...

Do you use the old joomlacomment templates or the new one? Please go to your backend, make sure that you don't use your modified template.
The fact that recaptcha also doesn't show makes me think that you use a modified template.

Hi Daniel - yep, that was precisely it - thanx very much! Some years back with the original JoomlaComment I had indeed adapted the default template slightly for use - putting everything back to the default settings, solved the problem - voila! Many thanx once again for your assistance - most appreciated, and may you go from strength to strength with this great Joomla extension!
