TOPIC: What might be blocking mark not showing up on map?

I am able to add markers, show individual spots with a menu link but when i link the map on the user map i get a map but no spots?
What would block the markers from showing up on the map?

I'm sorry for the slow reply. I was traveling the last couple of days. Can you give us a link to the map? I guess that the response that we get from the server doesn't contain the markers. (if you want to share private data - please start a private ticket and you can submit the details there - only you and our staff will have access to the ticket)
