TOPIC: Comment Photos / Gravata

I'm confused with the comment photos. I am testing out my new install and can't get my avatar photo to load when I post a comment. I chose the option "Enable gravatar support" and have an email registered with a photo uploaded. Still my photo is not loading when I post my email and a comment.

Also, what options do I have for users posting comments. I don't have any extensions, is there a way for my users to have a picture show when they comment on an article. I would like to avoid adding an over the top extension I have no need for just for a photo.

What can I do?

Show me your site? What do you see instead of the gravatr photo? What browser are you using?

Sorry, I think I may have jumped the gun. Other email Avatars are showing up, just not mine...probably because I just registered the email. New account.
