TOPIC: How to change order "Comments" and "Read on..."?

Hello @all!

I have a little problem changing the order of "0 Kommentare" (i.e. 0 Comments) and the "Weiterlesen..." (i.e. Read on...). I would like to have it the other way round, means, the "Read on..." before the comments.
