TOPIC: Can these customizations be added to Matukio

Before we purchase matukio we would like to know the following:
1. Can invoices be automatically sent after a payment is done via UPay
2. Can a notification be sent to a user who fails to make a booking for whatever reason
3. Can the database of bookings be customised to show all field the user fills in
4. Can an autoreminder be generated and sent to unpaid bookings
5. Does this system integrate with any crm or accounting software like Pastel

Aye that's automatically inbuilt (if the payment was successfully)

2. Can a notification be sent to a user who fails to make a booking for whatever reason

Can you explain a bit more? What do you mean with fails to make a booking?

3. Can the database of bookings be customised to show all field the user fills in

There are always all booking details shown (if you click on the booking name) - you can also show booking-fields in the booking overviews (frontend and backend) (just select show in overviews in the booking field edit)

4. Can an autoreminder be generated and sent to unpaid bookings

Hmm currently not automatically (Would require a cronjob)

5. Does this system integrate with any crm or accounting software like Pastel

Hmm depends what you want - you can export bookings etc. as CSV, which you can import into a CRM program - XML attachments with booking details are also coming with Matukio 5.1

So the only outstanding questions are
If a user for some reason during the booking process fails to complete it, can a notification of this failure be sent to the administrator so they can contact that person.

If a user for some reason during the booking process fails to complete it, can a notification of this failure be sent to the administrator so they can contact that person.

The booking is saved after the third page (For the first time -> pending there for paid events and is then already in the database), then after the payment (and the payment step in Matukio) it is modified (status is changed, booking is set to paid etc.) and it is saved again.

How do I export the database of bookings to a cvs

Select the bookings (Bookings view in the backend or frontend) and click on CSV file (in the menu on the right):
