switched back to english,
has made a partial hebrew translation as well-
it works but requires much finer touch then mine
(maybe in time i"ll get around to fix that)
the main issue i believe is that hebrew translation is quite old:
Hebrew translation for JoomlaComment 3.20RC2
...
therefore I have attached the english language partially translated as hebrew...
