The Site

Look at the Write, button at the end of the article on the front page in the article.
The Eulogy of The United States of America

I like on YOUR site how the Comments buttons, and how many comments are all just text.
Unfortunately, I cannot figure out how to prevent mine from being BUTTONS.
Also, if you find an article with multiple comments, their is NO space between each comment, just jammed together some what. Comments Overlap about a quarter of an inch. LINK

I can find files and edit text, but I do not know how to fix this. I am not a css person, but I can do as instructed if I know what file to edit and what to change?

I have these 3 issues,
cannot figure out how to make links onfront page of site, for comment, number of comments to be just text.
Cannot figure out why same, write button overlaps any comment posted.
Cannot figure out how to stop overlapping of comments.
But I love this product!!! My visitors love it too.

Congratulations! Joomlacomment 4.0 has been successfuly installed on your system.

I'm unfamiliar with the "comments preview" feature, so I'm not sure how to make them text only and not hyperlinked right now (surely it's an option in the backend... i'll take a look at the code).

To fix the button overlap.... open this file
http://www.cfcamerica.org//templates/news_link/css/template_css.css
...goto line 334 where you'll find the class for a.readon. Remove the float: attribute to stop the overlapping, and increase the width: size to make the buttons a little wider to fit the comment text. To change the order, you'll have to dig into your Joomla template and mess with the order of tags I think, not too sure there.

In regards to the Comment spacing, you are either using a version of JC older than 4.0 Beta 2, or one of the unsupported/unfinished old templates - or both. Try "making do" with the modern template for now until the next release (very soon!) as I will only bugfix that template... because all the others will probably be removed in a future version (replaced with better, bug-free and valid-code remakes).
