Can i restrict? What i should do?

And the second idea is to ORDER the comments by VOTING???

The order to both questions is - right now it is not possible.
In a future version will add those functionalities.

Not that I'm unwilling to help you with this, but it is complicated and it is not a matter of just 1 line coding. That is why I'm not going to dig into the code to look how to make this thing. There other problems that are more important at the moment.

In the future we will add this feature!
