TOPIC: Joomla 1.6 - built-in comment application

I have read that the new upcoming Joomla will have a comment feature built-in. What do you think about it? Would that mean that you could see decrease of downloaders/users of your comment application? Do you plan to allow users to export/import comment database between the applications?

For sure we will see a decrease in the downloads, but this is life.

I would imagine that, by the time Joomla 1.6 is finished, JoomlaComment 4.1 (4.2?) should still have many little features that make it unique
