Hello and Happy new year .... I have a small problem. When I create an article the time does not appear, although I adjust the original settings (Paging headlines as blog ->> parameters for the application ---> Date and Time Set --- appearence ...)
Also from the Article Management and the point "parameters" I set the hour to appear ..

What do I do wrong?

Changing the Article Parameters will not work I don't think, you need to set the parameters for the Component (whether it be Frontpage, Category Blog View, or whatever) under the Menu Manager. Change "Created Date and Time" to 'Show'. Then all your articles are best left at the default of 'Global' (it will get parameters from whatever menu item it was under).

If it still doesn't work then something is wrong with your Joomla install or the Joomla Template maybe. You are on Joomla 1.5 right?
